What to write to us about
The most useful messages are specific. A product that should be in our comparison, a label detail that no longer matches our profile, a question about how two formats differ. If your message concerns a product profile, include the product name and the pack size you see in the listing so we can find the same entry.
That single line of context usually saves a full round of questions and shortens the wait for everyone else in the inbox.

Send the details and we will check whether it is listed for sale in Indonesia. If it is, it goes into the review queue. We compare ingredient panels, format and pack size against the other entries already on the site, so include the pack size you see.
Do you answer questions about what I should take? Open
No. We explain ingredients and formats. Personal advice is outside what this site does. What we can do is show you how a mineral or vitamin appears on a panel and what the format means for a routine.
How long does a reply take? Open
Usually within a few working days. Corrections to an existing profile are handled first, and product suggestions take longer because we check the listing before queuing them.
